The following are some of the questions commonly asked about our web site and the online membership and VMCC Shop purchasing process.  If you have any questions or comments that are not answered here please contact our Headquarters.

Online Membership Application

Why do I get an error message when trying to apply for online membership?

You must select the type of membership you are applying for before passing to the next step, if you have a query about which membership you are eligible for, please contact the VMCC headquarters.

I have changed my mind, how do I cancel my membership application?

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your membership application at any point from the time of application until seven working days thereafter. 

To cancel your application, either telephone the Membership Administrator on +44 (0)1283 540557 or e-mail the VMCC HQ with your name, address, telephone number and date of application together with your request to cancel.

If we have already posted your members information pack and membership card you will need to return these to the VMCC HQ before a refund can be given.

Refunds will be made through the credit you used to apply for membership and should appear on your statement with 30 days from you request to cancel.

Please note, however, that cancellation of membership may invalidate any discounted insurance or other benefits that membership brings.
