If you are already a member of the VMCC you can now renew your membership online provided that you have a valid email address and that address is registered in the membership database. To renew your membership or to make changes to your membership details you must first log-on using your Email address and Password. If this is the first time you have logged on you will need to create a new strong password. Click on the link Set up or change your password.You will be asked for your email address, this must be the one already registered with VMCC on the membership database. Please note the username and password used to log onto the VMCC website or used to log onto the VMCC shop will NOT work to access your membership records. At this time, they are separate log-ins. In time we plan to merge these into a common username and password.
If the email you entered matches the one in the membership database you will receive an email with a link to set a new password. Your password must be at least 6 characters long. It must contain both upper and lower case letters, at least 1 number and at least one special character i.e. £ $ % @ ? # & + ! etc. This can be the same as the password you use for the shop provided that it conforms to the requirements above.
Once your password has been set you will be directed to login to the membership database where you can undertake a number of functions, including renewing your membership. You can also add Family Members when you click to renew membership. It is advisable that you use this opportunity to ensure that your address and contact details are all up to date. Use the Change my Details if you want to edit your address etc. Also check your contact preferences. If you move house or change email address you can log into your membership record and update your details at any time by following the link on the Renew page.
To renew complete your credit card details making sure that the Name on the Card and Billing Address agree with those held by the credit card company. If you are unable to complete the payment please try another card or email email@example.com including a daytime telephone number and we will endeavour to call you back to take payment.
