Visiting our very own Lake District. Might not be as spectacular as 'the other one' but it's ours. Leafy lanes and up through Macclesfield Forest, checking off 8(or 9) lakes and reservoirs . Lunch at a suitable hostlry and then home via ice-cream. Suitable for any bike but maybe not very small tiddlers. Approx 100 miles.

Welcome to the Northumbrian Gathering It's being held at Highburn House Camp Site, Wooler.
